How long will delivery take?
Each product is made to order once your name is confirmed. Production takes up to 14 days, and shipping adds another 1-2 weeks — please allow 14 to 21 days total from order to delivery. We know that's a wait, and we think it's worth it.
What's your Refund Policy?
Because every necklace is made to order with your custom name, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. That said, if something genuinely goes wrong, we'll make it right — here's exactly how:
Lost in transit
If your tracking shows your package as lost, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer. If it turns up later after all, it's yours to keep.
Arrived damaged
If your necklace arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund — no need to send anything back to us.
Not delivered after 30 days
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, reach out and we'll send a replacement or refund. If it does eventually arrive, no need to return it.
